Usage Note:
1.Extrusion process: First, the twin screw processing temperature should not be too high, otherwise easily to cause a small amount of flame retardant decomposition and causes mild foaming. Second, in the extrusion processing doesn't add a filter, otherwise prone to foaming. Third, in the extrusion processing maintain a certain degree of vacuum, can make the material more stable effect.
2.According to the different requirements of final products, choose the suitable resin, the main item is MFR, it is useful to extrusion processing and injection molding.

Application: Extrusion V0 type panel, PP Pipe which is no Dripping flame retardant, the shell of the printed circuit board, Motor Casing, Electrical control Centre shell, Terminal, heater housing, mobile phone panels, monitors, socket Panel, switch accessories, charger, electronic and electrical products, auto parts and other fields.
Usage Note:
1.Do not recommend to add filling materials or other flame retardant.
2.Main application system is homo-pp system, no need to add trioxide antimony.
3.You can add color powder according to your requirement, but do not use color masterbatch which contains calcium carbonate.
4.This product should not be used for the PP recycled material
