Nantong Hennly Cream Mixer:
Cream Mixer is consisted of rack, hydraulic system, vacuum system, Mixing system, control system and other major components. The complete equipment also include Oil phase pot, aqueous phase pot and temperature control system. The mixing system is consisted of high speed & high shear homogenizer and low speed & paddle mixer. According to technological requirements, high shear homogenizer can be installed on the cover of device or in the bottom of the tank. The mixing frames have staggered paddle and scraper plate for cleaning. The scraper plate is made from PTFE. It can make the media does not plot attached to the wall of the kettle, and to prevent the formation of eddy currents within the material in the vessel, so that the material thoroughly mixed.
