The ribbon blender is suitable for the mixture of solid-solid and powder-powder material. Such blenders have many advantages, such as short mixed time, large capability, save the space, no pollution, easily maintenance and so on. Many customers have met the problem of dead area in mixing. To solve the problem well, Hennly design a new flexible scraper which can be clinging to the blender sides to make good effect. Hennly could offer the design which feeding the raw material automatically in mixing process.
Some materials are easily having the agglomeration phenomena or hardly mixed well. In such cases, we will add the breaker devices in blenders if necessary.
Mixing capacity range from 1-20000 liters.
