The whole machine adopts single-cam control and double-pole pullback control thermal synthesis with cross and column sealing and enjoys more even pressure, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.

It has wide usage of thermal synthesis materials and is able to carry out thermal synthesis packing on thermal synthesis materials including layers of composite membrane, black and white antioxidant preservative film, tropical cooking film and high-pressure polyethylene film.

The hot shut temperature is controlled by using a high-precision intelligence microcomputer instrument. The machine is capable of back, three-edge and four-edge sealing.

The film feeding system adopts common feeding methods and touch-film computer control. The machine is capable of electro-optical tracking, ensuring more complete and beautiful patterns; of setting and displaying the length used in adjustment, with alarming and counting instrument. 

Two methods of printing are adopted for date printing, namely steel letter printing and carbon belt printing.
