Customized CNC H-Beam Drilling Sawing Machine
We are a steel drilling developer and producer, we have a lot of big steel factory customized precision drilling, cutting equipment upgrades and customization.
Machine Features:
1, H-beam high-speed three-dimensional drilling mainly by the bed, CNC sliding table, drilling headstock, clamping device, the detection device, NC feed trolley, disc type unit, feeding and discharging channel (length according to customer requirements), bandsaws,composed of several major part of the cooling system, collection boxes and other debris.
2, the bed is made of welded steel plate, a larger force in the place of the bed structure was hardening, welding is completed and carried out artificial aging process, these are very good to ensure the stability of the bed, thus ensuring the accuracy of the entire machine.
3, CNC slider total of three, namely fixed-side CNC slider, slider mobile side NC and CNC intermediate slide, slide three similar structure, by the slide plate, slide and servo drive system. There are three sliding stage six NC axes, including three feed axes and CNC 3 axis CNC positioning each CNC axis using precision linear motion guide guided by AC servo motor and ball screw drive to ensure its positioning accuracy.
4, drilling a total of 3 headstock, were installed in three CNC sliding table, drilling and processing in the horizontal direction and a vertical direction. Each borehole drilling spindle box can be used alone, but also while drilling.
