5. Provide free training. Buyer can send the technicians to seller's factory for free training. If training at buyer's site is required, buyer shall pay for seller's technicians’ round -way air ticket cost, transportation fee and accommodation fee etc.
6. Our machine is specially designed for oversea users, the machine parts are designed in modularization, and main quick-wear parts are pluggable. Buyer can easily take off the broken part and plug in a new part.
7. One year warranty from the delivery date under normal operation.
8. During the warranty period, if machine's part is broken under normal operation, the buyer need to send it back to the seller, and seller shall provide a new one to replace for free, but the two-way courier fee should be undertook by buyer; If buyer need seller’s engineers to maintain the above-mentioned equipment, buyer shall pay the round -way air ticket cost, transportation fee and accommodation fee etc.
9. After warranty period expired, Seller shall continue to provide buyer with necessary spare parts or components of equipment and service technicians, unless the parts are no longer available on the open market. But All fee should be borne by buyer(including the express fee，maintaining fee, any travel fee, accommodation fee, labor fee, spare parts fee etc. )
10. If customer needs seller’s engineers at site for machine maintenance after warranty period, except all fee mentioned in above No.8 clause is undertake by buyer, buyer should also need to pay for engineer’s wage USD150/person/day.
